Termination of Monthly Memberships

Termination of automatic dues membership:  Member may terminate anytime with a (30) day written notice, by termination form, or by texting a picture of filled out Termination Form below to Staff at (951-878-5565). 

 Click on Termination Form at any time desired to terminate this membership, for you or any person on your auto monthly bill.  Termination is ONLY valid with a written statement of request to cancel,  that must be  SIGNED and DATED. 

Oral termination WILL NOT BE VALID. Member agrees that he/she will be billed automatically every month, and is responsible for all money owed, until written termination is given.

If you have a 12 month contractual membership you may be subject to an early termination fee
